Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is damaged and unused. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@teethwhiteningplus.com with details and pictures of the damaged product(s). Upon written approval from Teeth Whitening Plus of the damaged item(s) you can mail or bring the item(s) into the store for a replacement of the same product(s):

Upon receipt of the returned damaged product(s), we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within 3 business days, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product and mail the product to you within 3 business days, or you may choose to pick up the product at the Mission Viejo location.
Exceptions
Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include all products that have been opened.

Exchanges for damaged items do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to items during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts for exchange will not include the cost of shipping.
